Illinois Women in Leadership will hold its November Meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 19^th at the Inn at 835, 835 South Second Street, Springfield. Michelle Tjelmeland will speak about how she catapulted to success by getting Bill Gates to share her story with the world in a program entitled “Listen to the Bell I Now Hear.” Michelle is the founder and owner of E-websmart creative solutions, co-inventor of Alerts Made Easy, and founder and chairman of the Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation. The recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, Michelle also happens to be profoundly deaf. Guests and potential new members are welcome to attend. The cost of the luncheon is $17 in advance, or $22 at the door. Reservation forms are available at www.iwil.biz. Reservations with payment must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, November 13.
