Event Description: The NBA Development League announced the newest team in their program, the Springfield Armor, in late March of this year. Now, with the season gearing up, the Armor are calling all fans to come join them on their Opening Night, November 27th to see the Springfield Armor basketball team take the court for the very first time in franchise history at their home arena, the MassMutual Center, in downtown Springfield.
The game will provide entertainment for the whole family as they face off against the Iowa Energy at 7 p.m. Be sure to take your seats early for the introduction of the coaching staff starring Head Coach, and former Boston Celtic, Dee Brown and Assistant Coach Kevin Whitted as well as the “Armorettes” Dance Team as they take the floor for the first time.
